APPSC Recruitment 748 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Posts

APPSC has issued recruitment notification for filling up of 748 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) posts in various departments working under AP state. The APPSC commission has invited online application for the AEE posts from the eligible candidates.

  • Age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 01.07.2016.  Age relaxation is as per Government rules.
  • Retrenched temporary employees in the state census department with a minimum service of 6 months will get 3 years of relaxation.
  • AP state Government employees (Employees of APSEB, APSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities are not eligible) will get 5 years of relaxation.
  • Ex-service men will get 3 years of relaxation.
  • NCC worked as instructor will get 3 years of age relaxation
  • SC/ST and BCs will get 5 years of relaxation
  • Physically Handicapped persons will get 10 years of relaxation.
The scale of Pay: Rs. 37100 to Rs. 91450

Education qualification:

  1. Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) for the Department of PH & ME qualification is a Bachelor's Degree n Civil Engineering of a University OR a pass in Sections A and B of AMIE (India) Examination in Civil Engineering.
  2. AEE (Civil / Mech) for the Department of  Tribal Welfare qualification is Engineering graduate in Civil / Mechanical from a recognised university  or its equivalent qualification.
  3. Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/ Mech) for the department of Water Resources qualification is Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering of a University in India established  OR incorporated by OR under a Central Act, Provincial Act OR a state act OR an Institution Recognized by the Univeristy Grants commission / All India Council for Technical Education OR an Equivalent qualification.
  4. Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil / Mech) for the department of Panchayat Raj Engineering Service qualification is must possess a Bachelors; Degree in Civil or mechanical Engineering of a Univeristy OR a pass in sections A and B of AMIE examination conducted by Institute of Engineers in Civil or Mechanical or AMIE and B. SC (Engg.) of Ranchi University or an equivalent qualification.
  5. AEE (Mech / Agrl.) for the department of Ground Water qualification is Must possess of B. E. Degree (Mechanical) or B.Tech. (Agricultural engineering) of a Univeristy or an Institution recognised by the Univeristy Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

The application fee is Rs.  250/- and the application processing fee is Rs. 120/-. Total fee is Rs. 370/- 
The application processing fee is exempted for the categories of SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-service men.

What is the scheme of Examination for AEE?

  • The scheme of examination will be on three papers of objective type written the examination. The syllabus will be the standard of Bachelor's degree.
  • 450 marks for all the three papers out of three papers each paper carries 150 marks and should be completed in 150 minutes.

The syllabus for Assistant Executive Engineer test is

Paper-I: General Studies

Paper-II: Concerned subject, Civil & Mechanical (Common) OR Agriculture

Paper-III: Civil OR Mechanical OR Agriculture.

How to apply for the posts of AEE in APPSC recruitment?

The initial step is applicant has to fill OTPR to obtain the ID number. If the applicant has not registered on OTPR, kindly  register your profile because it is very important to apply any post notified by APPSC. The detailed information about how to fill the OTPR registration? is available.
Submit AEE online application

  1. Applicant should visit the APPSC website for online submission of the Assistant Executive Engineer application. 
  2. Click on Online submission button on the right sidebar. 
  3. Now, the applicant should enter the OTPR Reference ID. 
  4. Once the applicant entered the OTPR ID by clicking the GO button, he/ she will get their application already filled through OTPR. 
  5. Fill all the details such as Personal details like Address, Email, DOB, Mobile Number, Education qualifications, Post preferences etc. 
  6. Finally, click on submit button. Once submit the application he/she can lead to the PAYMENT Gateway. 

How to pay the fee for AEE posts in APPSC Recruitment?

  • Applicant has to submit the application of AEE by filling all the details on the application form.
  • The applicant can pay the fee through two payment modes. 
  • First one is Payment Gateway, the applicant can pay the fee using through online/Debit card/Credit card etc. 
  • The Second one is  through AP online centers.

The last date for online submission is 21.09.2016.
